INTRODUCTION
Working with exceptionally talented individuals is a profound experience. These artists have honed their skills through education, experience, or personal trials to achieve a high level of proficiency. When they come together to express their unique stories alongside others, it enriches not only their lives but also our collective experience. In theatrical production, every role—from backstage to visionaries—is filled by gifted artists who are eager to showcase their talents. I take pride in identifying these individuals and empowering them to shine in their own distinctive ways, a practice I've successfully cultivated for over 15 years.
There's no greater joy than witnessing everything come together seamlessly and experiencing the culmination of collaborative effort. Seeing this art resonate deeply with an audience is truly priceless. What I'm describing goes beyond mere performance; it's about touching the hearts of viewers in a way that leaves a lasting impact, akin to my own journey of personal growth and transformation.
Throughout my tenure as a director, I've been fortunate to collaborate with incredibly gifted individuals. When we transcend boundaries of race, religion, and identity to embrace diverse perspectives, we unlock the power to tell stories that resonate universally, affecting humanity as a whole.
MY ART ON STAGE
Throughout my career, I've worn many hats—performer, actor, director, and producer. The life of an artist isn't confined to a 9-5 job; it's about seizing opportunities wherever they arise, often leading to transitions between cities and organizations.
For me, nothing compares to the thrill of fully immersing myself in the creative process of theatrical production. My heart races every time I hear the opening downbeat of a new show. It's the culmination of gathering an exceptional team, countless hours of rehearsals, and the intense, sometimes challenging, yet ultimately rewarding weeks and months of work.
Yet, this passion comes with its challenges, especially in marketing events and filling seats—a common hurdle in the performing arts. Securing funding and telling the story before it's even presented are constant battles. It requires finding supporters who believe in the vision enough to invest in the journey ahead.

The thrill of performing on stage, especially when it's one of my own compositions, and seeing people respond emotionally—that's incomparable. Yet, I also cherish the end of the show: the accolades, the feeling that people finally understand my passion and what drives me. This is what I've dedicated my career to, spending every waking moment strategizing my next steps, networking, and meticulously assembling each piece of the puzzle. I pursue this path because I believe in the outcome: a profound sense of fulfillment and accomplishment. It's what I was born to do.

PERSONAL STATEMENT
From a young age, I've been captivated by the performing arts. One of my earliest transformative experiences was attending the Ice Capades in the late 70s—a spectacle reminiscent of Fosse with girls in feathers and boys in top hats, all wrapped in the glitz and glamour of a Vegas show. That moment sealed my passion for the arts, setting me on a journey filled with incredible experiences alongside unbelievably talented artists.
Another pivotal moment came when I saw Les Miserables on tour. Moved to tears by its powerful production, I witnessed firsthand how theatre could deeply affect individuals and society at large. This revelation became my life's pursuit: using theatre to tell stories that transform both individuals and communities.
Early in my career, I applied the production principles I admired, opening doors to directing large casts and producing theatrical spectacles—from Broadway hits like Annie Get Your Gun and A Christmas Story to grand stadium events featuring global artists. Each endeavor was a collaborative effort, involving creative teams, volunteers, employees, stakeholders, and board members. Through these experiences, I discovered my strength as a visionary and team leader.
Marketing has been a challenge in amateur and semi-professional theatre, prompting me to pursue interdisciplinary studies to deepen my understanding. I aim to leverage this knowledge to enhance my contributions and navigate the competitive market more effectively.
The performing arts industry is notoriously challenging, with fierce competition, strong personalities, and the importance of connections. Networking has proven crucial—it's often about who you know as much as what you know. As I look ahead, I'm energized by new opportunities and relationships, including collaborations with Theatre Makers Studio in New York, connections with Tony award-winning producer Corey Brunish, and the chance to develop and present new productions.
Currently, I'm immersed in projects that continue my mission of telling transformative stories through theatre. These include exploring tensions between religious and LGBTQ+ communities, delving into timeless themes of greed and justice, and capturing the resilient spirit of youth in Nazi Germany. Perhaps one day, Broadway will be the next chapter.
